Friday's Gracious Giveaways: Piccalilli Patchwork

New to FGG? Go here.

The winner is Christy from The Notable Blogger.
Thanks to all who entered!
Good Luck this week!

Here it is ~ Friday's Gracious Giveaway.

Isn't it cute?

The apron, not Gracen!

I love it, and so does she. Not only does she wear it while helping me bake, but also when playing "babies" and "house".

It is adorably sweet and so very soft. Here is a close-up of the fabric.

This adorable apron was handcrafted by Natalie Joe, owner of Piccalilli Patchwork. She describes her specialty as "Fiddly" work, which consists of piecework items that are stitched by hand or her "little Singer Featherweight".

Here are some of my favorites from her store:

Mother~Daughter Half Apron Set
It's always nice to have some help in the kitchen! This little apron set is perfect for those occasions. Both aprons were stitched together using lavender che ck and off white floral cotton fabrics.

A May Belle Sweetie

Kind hearted greetings
and wishes of well,
Are bestowed upon you
by this little May Belle.

Love her and keep her
dear to your heart,
She's yours now forever,
let sweet memories start!

Pincushion and Needle Book Set in Roses and Checks

What caught my eye was the little girl's apron. My 5 year old has developed a new found passion for being in the kitchen with mommy! I realized today, after we were both covered in flour, that we need aprons to be official! However, when I checked the site I saw the yo-yo pin chushion. It was so cute. The last quilt my grandmother made was a king size yo-yo quilt; sweet memories!

Thank you a thousand times for the opportunity to win this apron! I have not told my children, because one of the five girls will be the lucky recipient for what was promising to be a bleak Christmas. Whoever we choose will be beyond delighted! Thank you!!!
